New Orleans Rising Stars Named

StarChefs.com serves as an inspiration for chef’s around the country. Chef’s use the resource to check out what the best and brightest are doing in their little corners of the food world. During their recent tour of New Orleans to vet their 2016 class of New Orleans Rising Stars, they visited Bevi Seafood Co.’s Metairie location and tried our BBQ Shrimp, Soft Shell Po-Boy and of course our boiled seafood.
We were thrilled to host them, and ecstatic when we learned Justin would be featured as the Community Chef in their 2016 Rising Stars class. Justin will join his peers this month at the Rising Stars Gala Tuesday, February 16th. The event is open to anyone, you just need to buy a ticket.
