Louisiana Seafood has always been a point of passion for this family and now, a livelihood. We were thrilled the Louisiana Seafood Festival, a celebration of the food that we've built a business around, asked Justin to participate in this year's festival. Justin will be at the WWL-TV Cooking Pavilion on Saturday afternoon at 5pm showcasing Louisiana Oysters in his dish: crispy Louisiana Oyster, fennel crusted pork belly with tarragon crème fraîche dish. Justin joins notable chefs John Besh, Michael Gulotta, Ryan Prewitt and Brian Landry bringing Louisiana Seafood to the limelight in this one of a kind festival. Hope to see you there!
